Rabih Kayrouz and Lamia Ziadé reinvent one of their exclusive Wool Coats for 24 Sèvres and Le Bon Marché.
This Lebanese designer embellishes one of the centerpieces of her fashion house with a work by Lamia Ziadé; she portrays a kiss between two mysterious lovers created from embroidery, cutouts and patchwork combinations. Midway between a cardigan and a caftan, this coat has ¾-length sleeves and raw edges.
With only 10 of them being made, all by hand in the brand's Parisian workshop, this coat is the symbol of the dual cultures of the couturier and the artist, perfectly Beiruti and totally Parisian.
A small book illustrated by the artist accompanies the coat.
The guest designer: Lamia Ziadé is an illustrator of Lebanese origin, whose works recount Lebanon's magnificence and constantly oscillate between East and West.
